James Blevins

Co-Founder, Virtual Production Specialist

James is the Co-Founder of Mesh, a Virtual Production Line Producing company, and a Media and Entertainment Industry Consultant for Valid Essence.

He has an extensive background in the entertainment industry, having worked for Lucasfilm Productions as a Post-Production Supervisor for The Mandalorian, and for Netflix as a post-production and distribution expert. Before that, he gained over 15 years of experience in the VFX industry, working with Disney and Digital Domain to become an expert in managing data flows from the first day of shooting to worldwide distribution.

James is also an advisotry board member of several prestigious institutions in the film and television industry, including the Hollywood Professional Association and the Science and Technology Committee of the Television Academy of Arts and Sciences.

James makes Los Angeles his home.

Ben Baker

Co-Founder, Virtual Production Specialist

Ben Baker has had a 22 year career supporting filmmakers on 3 different continents.

He has been a Vice President of Studio Services for HBO, Vice President of Post Production at Vice Media and a head of department at Framestore VFX in the UK.

He first started in Virtual Production after talking his way into the Epic Games Fellowship, and has consulted in Virtual Production for Amazon Studios, Disney TV, Accenture, and East End Studios. After producing the Virtual Production project FATHEAD for the ETC@USC, he established MESH to build the Virtual Production Department for Francis Ford Coppola's Megalopolis. Mesh is now producing Virtual Production projects for clients worldwide.

He lives in Asbury Park, New Jersey.

Isabel Sadurni

Virtual Production Producer

Isabel Sadurni is a seasoned veteran of storytelling with over 20 years experience in film and television production. Her work often focuses on projects at the intersection of pioneering technology and stories that make a difference. She enjoys working with technologists, executives and creatives on virtual production integration in a range of environments from location based shoots and independent studio settings to strategizing across a slate of projects with multi-national, mass media and entertainment conglomerates.

Most recently,  she served as Virtual Production Producer for Francis Ford Coppola's upcoming Megalopolis. Her early partnership on projects with the Stanford Virtual Human Interaction Lab. She has contributed to reports, case studies and analyses for Disney Television and Amazon Studios. 

Isabel draws from a career producing and editing for global documentary companies such as Story Syndicate and HBO, for independent feature film producers and institutions like The Criterion Collection. From her beginnings co-founding The 100 People Foundation, where she produced and edited over 30 short documentary films, to editing award-winning feature documentaries playing at top-tier festivals such as Berlin and Telluride, Isabel Sadurni's work has consistently pushed boundaries. Raised in Northern California, by community healthcare professionals she received her Bachelor of Arts from U.C. Berkeley's Philosophy Department and a Master of Arts in Filmmaking from Stanford University. She currently lives in Brooklyn, NY, and is a proud member of ACE.

Jon Rogers

Web3 Specialist

Jon has over 20 years of experience in entertainment, CPG and Web3. Jon is a founding executive and global head of live-action franchise development for Walt Disney Studios. He was a member of the /Star Wars/ brand marketing team at Lucasfilm.

Nhan Le

Visualisation Specialist

Meet Nhan Le, a rising star in the film industry who brings creativity and technical expertise to his work. Nhan attended USC School of Cinematic Arts for his Bachelors and has since distinguished himself as a talented filmmaker and educator. He was one of the youngest fellows in the prestigious Unreal Fellowship program in 2022, and has instructed Disguise's Inaugural Accelerator Program.

With a background in storyboarding, Nhan has a keen eye for visual storytelling and has contributed his skills to various projects throughout his career. He served as the Associate Technical Director of ETC@USC's short film FATHEAD, demonstrating his ability to manage technical aspects of production while maintaining a creative vision. Additionally, during the quarantine, Nhan worked with Unity's tools to introduce Virtual Production to USC's students, helping to streamline productions and make filmmaking more accessible during a challenging time. With his diverse range of experiences and commitment to innovation, Nhan is a valuable asset to any team.
